The Value Built Division does not compromise the quality, or integrity of construction, as we use the same construction fundamentals, as used in our custom home division. In our Value Built Division, you basically select a plan, exterior and interior color choices, based on standard options, and packages for lighting, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, and countertops, versus providing allowances for all these areas, essentially eliminating overages at the end of construction.
